Alright ya'll today we ventured out to what is called "The Pit" It's actually pretty cool. It's a park a few minutes away from our house. And it is literally a pit, which is kind of nice when you want to keep track of your kids. But don't worry, the boys wear the brightest clothes so we could never lose track of them. :)
Here we are playing on the teeter-tater
So as we were playing on the teeter-tater, Avery jumps off and picks up this furry little creature. I was thinking the worst. But actually he found a very hairy caterpillar. I was bought back to the days when I used to carry a lunch box to school, just to find and hide my caterpillars in. We picked up the caterpillar, Isaac tried, but he kept dropping it afraid that it would hurt him. From what I could see it was frozen to death, it wasn't moving at all. The boys insisted that we bring it home. So we rummaged through the diaper bag and found a bag to put it in until we could bring it home.

So we get home and guess what, 5 minutes after I change them, Isaac has a poopy diaper. Dad picks him up and he says "Isaac Poopy!" Thanks to my cold, I can't hear or smell anything. So I pull open his pants and lucky me! I stick my fingers in his fresh, poopy diaper! Oh the joys of working with 2 year olds!
After naps We found that our caterpillar is moving around. We need to go out and get a bug box so we can see our caterpillar turn in to a beautiful butterfly!
